Bill was born and raised in central Iowa. He started college in Iowa and completed college at Colorado State University with a degree in Fishery and Wildlife Biology. He worked for the Wyoming Game and Fish Dept. for several years and then was a contractor for 23 years in Wyoming before moving to Las Cruces. He has been a realtor since 2000 and has earned many awards including: Top Producer, Ruby Award, and several Quality Service Awards. John Signorelli has had over 20 years of consistently exceptional sales and quality service experience in California and Hawaii. In California he was involved in all the operations of manufacturer/supplier of upholstered and wood furnishings and as purchasing director coordinated $25 million in raw materials procurement. I am a Chicago native taught biology in Chicago for 6 years and moved to Scottsdale, AZ to teach biology for another 9 years. Moved back to Chicago with degrees in biology and joined Upjohn Pharmaceutical eventually becoming a Medical Science Liaison coordinating studies that led to approval of new drugs in infectious diseases. Worked for Upjohn for 22 years, took early retirement and moved back to the desert to Las Cruces. I became an ombudsman advocating for the rights of the elderly and tutored reading in the elementary schools. Decided that was not enough and passed the state real estate exam and joined Century 21 All Stars (now The Edge). Got involved in real estate and served as president of the Women’s Council of realtors, Las Cruces Association of Realtors, Las Cruces Association of Realtors Board and president of Multiple Listing and Information Services. I have received many awards. Most important to is the Quality Service award as this comes from the letters we receive from people with whom we have worked. Love to work with people on helping through the whole process of buying and selling homes.

I am a Native of southern Indiana and a veteran of the U.S.A.F after serving 8 years in active duty I elected to join the civil service working for the Dept. of Defense at the Naval weapons support center, Crane Indiana. After 13 years at Crane, I moved to Bath, ME, worked in the shipyard as a Quality Assurance Specialist Coordinating the Installation and Testing of weapons Systems. I then accepted and assignment to the UK for a period of 5 years servicing and administering a variety of defense related contracts. Upon my retirement, after a combined total of 34 years of Government services, I moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico where for the last 4 ½ Years I have been engaged in the Real Estate market working with Century 21 The Edge.

I retired from this business in 1988. We bought a boat that we kept in San Diego, CA and a condo in Las Vegas, NV. We were really retired. Then Las Vegas became crowded with lots of traffic and not so much enjoyment. We decided to drive east in search of affordable housing in a tranquil setting. That's how we landed in Las Cruces and it is just perfect for us. I looked around and decided it was time for me to get back into real esate. After an 18 year break I was really nervous about the technology and my lack of computer skills. What I have discovered is that the business is basically the same. Hi There, My name is Kim Ervin. I have been involved with the Real Estate industry in Las Cruces since 1993. I joined the Century 21 Team almost four years ago. I grew up and attended school in Illinois and Iowa. In the early 1980's I married and began moving around the world. Our family was very fortunate as we traveled on an average of every 12 to 18 months. Buying, decorating and selling homes as a stay at home mom was wonderful. I had the chance to raise three children two of which are US Marines (Yes, I am known as the "Marine Mom" at our office and world wide I am informed reciently  and a very proud one at that! The youngest is attending recently. I look back and think about where I was then, and how it led me to where I am today. I am truly, doing, what it is I enjoy the most. Angela Potter

 Angela Potter has joined the Century 21 the Edge team in 2008, but she was no stranger to our team. Angela has worked            closely with Century 2 "flipping" homes and staging houses for sale for owners since 2004 when she moved rom the East          Coast to Las Cruces. She carries a degree in Business and Marketing; also owns a Web-Hosting company and moonlights as  a freelance photographer for the Las Cruces Bulletin . Angela owned her first rental property at age 19 and  helped manage her parents apartment complex fulltime at age 20. After moving to the United States from Germany she worked i i n Used Car             Sales and as Automobile Finance Manager in Pennsylvania. In 1990 she started to purchase Rental Properties and helped         manage homes and taking care of tenants for friends who were in the Military. Getting her Real Estate License in 2008 was        only a final conclusion to her travels in Real Estate over the past 28 years. Angela keeps busy with 4 children who are all but       grown now, riding her Kawasaki ZZR 1200, playing Poker and Yard-Sailing when she is not  answering her phones or                    photographing an Aggies Game for the local Newspaper.
